Power of Attorney for Health Care – to manage client’s medical and personal needs

- Prepare inventories, accountings and financial reports
- Oversee the tax aspects of investments and distributions, and ensure proper filing and payment of taxes
- Maintain financial records regarding the trust assets, handle daily financial matters for beneficiaries, and pay the grantor’s bills and expenses
- If necessary, make referrals to professional specialists such as CPAs, legal counsel, financial planners, investment advisers, insurance providers and others
- Use discretion to provide for the Health, Education, Maintenance and Support (HEMS) of beneficiaries
